Dementia is the UKs biggest Killer, and yet care workers, nurses and those wonderful incredible people just like them are not given decent Dementia training apart from the odd "on Line " training and even then there is no follow-up or checks to see if they are doing it right,
These Heroes need to be looked after by training them correctly so they can feel comfortable and experienced when coming across the many problems that different dementia illnesses cause and not just Alzheimers ..

i thought all the hard work we had done these last few years we had moved onwards and upwards, only to find where training these wonderful people are concerned, it's NOT HAPPENING??

You wouldn't expect a vascular surgeon to do a brain operation, would you? so what's the difference, these people need our / your help. is it not the company owner's responsibility to make sure their staff are well looked after and given the right tools to do the best they can??
WE NEED TO MAKE THIS LAW as it is in some countries
