As a big Playstation fan i am so dissapointed that instead of giving the gaming community more options they take a big option away and stick behind a paywall a option to locally backup your saves should always be a option. A option that was available on the PS4 so bring back our lost option.

If you dont have access to the internet and your console stops working then you lose all your saves. And even if you have access to the internet isnt it always better to have a extra option a extra failsafe.

This also makes your console useless in the future when they dont have a option to backup your saves because there is no other way besides a payed service to be able to access your saves. What will happen when they stop providing that service?

As a Playstation fan i believe taking away options is not the way to go a on modern console. Newer consoles should add options instead of taking them away.
