In 1951 Henrietta Lacks genetic intellectual property was collected without her consent. It is 71 years later & her same genetic intellectual property is being sold.

Since then there have been millions of new Henriettas.

There is an elaborate & sophisticated international commercial network involved in the harvesting of genetic material. This material & information is used in various forms of research which has led to product & biological weapons development.

Abortion service providers such as Planned Parenthood have also been selling women's genetic intellectual property. This includes placenta, umbilical cord blood, ovaries, menstrual blood & various parts of aborted fetuses also known as fetal tissue.

Reproductive Rights is serious issue. Just as important is Genetic Intellectual Property Rights.

Young to mature women in historically low income & very low income demographics have been intentionally & systematically targeted for genetic exploitation.

Hospitals & medical centers that provide gynecological & reproductive health care services have been profiting from this business for decades.

These women are naturally entitled to their genetic intellectual property rights & the benefits of their naturally produced stem cells.

In summary young women have been poisoned & their reproductive organs/genetic intellectual property is being sold.

Reparation refers to the process and result of remedying the damage or harm caused by an unlawful act. The purpose of reparation is generally understood to reestablish the situation that existed before the harm occurred. It can also serve as a measure to end ongoing breaches and to deter future ones, as a vehicle for reconciliation or to restore relations between the violator and injured parties, as well as a basis to repair or rehabilitate physical and psychological integrity and dignity.

Reparation measures include:

Restitution, which should restore the victim to their original situation before the violation occurred

Compensation, which should be provided for any economically assessable damage, loss of earnings, loss of property, loss of economic opportunities, moral damages.

Rehabilitation, which should include medical and psychological care, legal and social services.

Satisfaction, which should include the cessation of continuing violations, truth-seeking, search for the disappeared person or their remains, recovery, reburial of remains, public apologies, judicial and administrative sanctions, memorials, and commemorations.

Measures to redress violations of human rights by providing a range of material and symbolic benefits to victims or their families as well as affected communities. Reparation must be adequate, effective, prompt, and should be proportional to the gravity of the violations and the harm suffered.
