Masking requirements for schools are being reassessed on Feb. 28th 2022.  The time is NOW to make absolutely sure they know exactly where parents stand on this issue.   

We, the parents of CESD, are asking that the decision makers for our district take immediate action that will end requirements for masking in schools.  We are asking for them to once again allow children to breathe freely in and outside of classrooms.  We are asking them to recognize that the inherent risk previously presented is no longer an overriding factor, and that continuing to mask our children will only serve to increase collateral damage on the mental health of our students and the community at large. 

We are asking that this change be made immediately for all students within the district, while respecting those parents who would choose to continue sending their children to school in masks. 

This is not political, this is not controversial, this is simply a group of parents asking our district leaders to DO THE RIGHT THING. 

This is a call to action for ALL parents within the Centralia Elementary School district to stand united.  Please sign, share and post to social media!  We need as many signatures as possible to ensure the district knows exactly where we stand.
