We initially supported the "Medium Intensity" development plan presented to the Huntersville Downtown Steering Committee on May 5th, 2022.  (NOTE: 232 signatures were received prior to the below update on 10/12/2022)

That plan has evolved into the current Draft "Master Plan", presented to the Steering Committee on September 29th, 2022.

We believe this plan balances the best aspects of Downtown with a compelling vision of the future.
