“JUST LAWFUL AUTHORITY”

The information pertained to herein you are asked to witness. These documents have already been filed with several elected representatives of the State. Now I am sharing these documents with YOU, the true political power. This involves our rights as individuals and human beings being deprived under our current administration.

This applies to all USA people, as federal taxes dollars are being used to help fund these scams against the people of Montana. Other States likely have a similar scam.

A rarely known pearl of wisdom in Montana law reads:

MCA 1-3-210. Acts on one's behalf. A person who can and does not forbid that which is done on that person's behalf is considered to have authorized it.

Do you forbid the government from enslaving and terrorizing US?

Thomas Jefferson spoke a lot of logical political truth about controlling OUR Government. 56 people agreed in America’s first congressional act, 1776 the Declaration of Independence, by uniting their unbreakable logic and forming a “Just” Union. In this Declaration it states:

 

“But when a long train of abuses and usurpations, pursuing invariably the same Object evinces a design to reduce them under absolute Despotism, it is their right, it is their duty, to throw off such Government, and to provide new Guards for their future security.” 

 

I invite ALL to share our right, our duty, bestowed upon US and declared in congressional writing by free men. I ask you to establish yourself with signature and bear witness to the 13 page Writ herein this packet being the same Object that reduces Montana under absolute Despotism.

 

Our government has waived their privilege to govern by failing to create just laws. I, Shawn Ryan Cowan, hereby have abolished their “just lawful authority” over the free, sovereign and independent people of this State of Montana.
