I am fed up of having to dodge out of the way of someone riding a e scooter on the pavement at high speed, and twice have almost been hit by one the companies providing the hire scooters (Voi in Northampton) should be forced to change their technology so they cannot be ridden on the pavement, and also prevent two up use. Their online application system is not fit for purpose, judging by the number of under age users I have seen, as there is no way they possess a driving licence
