ロシアの侵攻により、現在多くのウクライナ国民が犠牲になり、ウクライナから出られない状況が続く中、動物も又犠牲になっている現状があります。

この度、各国への難民の受け入れを開始するとのこと、日本でも第三国定住制度により、各地で受け入れを表明しています。 多くのウクライナの方々がペット同伴で避難されています。日本への入国の際ペット同伴での入国が認められるよう、署名を立ち上げました。

日本への動物の入国の際、通常、狂犬病の潜伏期間に相当する180日間の待機期間を設けており、マイクロチップなどの出国政府機関による証明書発行を日本の空港の動物検疫所に到着日の４０日前には届け出なくてはなりません。しかし、これらの手続きはこの非常事態では困難を極めます。 難民の非常時には、たとえば出国政府側との連携を取り、180日間の係留期間の支援や、マイクロチップなどの工面するなどし、避難している方々が家族であるペットと一緒に入国できるようにしていただきたいです。

動物には何の罪もなく、ある日突然何の前触れもなく爆撃音が鳴り響き、飼い主との幸せな日常を一瞬で奪われました。飼い主と一緒にいても安心して暮らせる日はなく、自由を奪われ、散歩はおろか、キャリーの中で身動きがとれない生活を余儀なくされています。 その上、飼い主とまで離されてしまう。人間の勝手な都合だけで・・・。あってはならないことだと思います。 こんな時だからこそ、せめて安心できる人間と一緒にいること、これが最も大切なことだと思います。 命ある動物たちがこれ以上、犠牲にならないように強く願います。

We have started a petition to allow them to enter Japan with their pets.

There is usually a 180-day waiting period upon entry of animals into Japan, which corresponds to the incubation period for rabies. In addition, the animal must notify the animal quarantine station at the Japanese airport 40 days prior to the date of arrival for the issuance of a certificate by the departing government agency, such as a microchip. However, these procedures are extremely difficult in this emergency situation.

In the event of a refugee emergency, we would like you to cooperate with the Departure Government and take measures such as supporting a 180-day mooring period so that refugees can enter the country with their pets.

The animals were innocent, and one day, without warning, the sound of bombs rang out, robbing them of their happy daily lives with their owners in an instant. There is not a day when they can live in peace with their owners. They are deprived of their freedom and forced to live their lives stuck in their carriers, let alone go for walks. On top of that, they are separated from their owners because of humans... This is something that should not happen. In times like these, I think the most important thing is to at least be with a human being who can make you feel safe. I strongly hope that no more animals will be sacrificed.
