My name is Nicholus Thomas aka “Alabama Nick” and I am forming this petition to make a run as a future Independent candidate for the Alabama Governor’s election. Alabamamians are tired of the same old recycled rhetoric that has made our state laughable and sometimes dead last in the Union. Alabama is full of love and great hardworking people who want the best for our future and children. The candidates up for election are using Donald Trump as their base to sway voters. They think that the majority of voters are too dumb to even know that they are voting against their own interests. These politicians continue to get rich and build their own family wealth while the working class suffers. It’s time for a change in Alabama. As a proud Veteran who has served his country, I want to be the catalyst for that change. If we believe, we can achieve. Let’s show these deep pocketed corrupt politicians that we have a voice and demand more from our state government. I am running my campaign on gun rights, teaching real history, livable wages, tax cuts for the working class, human rights and increased funding for our low education in the state of Alabama.
