We wish to express our view that the behaviour of Boris Johnson in the role of Prime Minister has brought dishonour to himself and to that high office. We believe this should mean he is ineligible to be considered for a peerage or any other official honour or title. We also believe that on leaving office he should resign from, or be removed from, the Privy Council and thus no longer be entitled to use the honorific "The Right Honourable".
