After reading that nearly 12,000,000 sick days are taken in the UK each year due to lower back pain, I think the government should review and enforce a minimum standard of office equipment for office workers.

I am constantly suffering with lower back pain at work and employers rarely listen to my concerns and I am concerned about the long term health effects on our spines as a result.

I feel that if an employee has a diagnosed back problem, they should have access to a fully ergonomic office chair such as this.
