Petycja w sprawie umieszczenia dmuchanej figurki Cirno Fumo z Touhou Project w Polskim Sejmie.

Zwracamy się z prośbą o rozważenie umieszczenia dmuchanej figurki Cirno Fumo z Touhou Project w siedzibie Polskiego Sejmu. Proponujemy, aby taka inicjatywa miała miejsce w dniu otwartym Sejmu lub w dniu obchodów Cirno Day, tj. 9 września.

Inspiracją do stworzenia tej inicjatywy była akcja Grzegorza Brauna gdzie użył on gaśnicy w budynku Sejmu. Sytuacja ta naświetliła fakt obecności Menory w Polskim Sejmie. Zauważyliśmy, że elementy kultury, które są mniej znane, lub mniej praktykowane przez Polskie społeczeństwo, także zasługuje na swoje miejsce w przestrzeni publicznej.

Dmuchane figurki Fumo, przedstawiają postacie z serii Touhou Project. Można je zobaczyć głównie na konwentach w Japonii, gdzie społeczność Touhou jest szczególnie aktywna.

Chcielibyśmy podkreślić, że ta inicjatywa nie jest reakcją na żadne wydarzenia w przeszłości, ale wynika z chęci zwrócenia uwagi na mało znany, ale kreatywny i przyjazny fandom Touhou. Przekonani jesteśmy, że umieszczenie dmuchanej figurki Cirno Fumo w Sejmie nie tylko wpłynie pozytywnie na atmosferę, ale również pozwoli na promowanie szacunku dla różnorodności kulturowej. Zakładamy, że w przeciwieństwie do sytuacji z Menorą w Sejmie, nikt nie będzie próbował zniszczyć dmuchanej rzeźby, ponieważ nie obraża ona żadnej religii, ani sama nie jest symbolem religijnym. Możliwe że postawienie tak dużej figurki Cirno w sejmie zwróci na siebie uwagę międzynarodowe media i internetową społeczność, co może pokazać Polskę w pozytywnym świetle.

W związku z tym, pragniemy również podnieść kwestię kosztów związanych z wykonaniem dmuchanej figury. Według jednej z firm zajmującej się tworzeniem dmuchanych rzeźb stworzenie 3 metrowej figurki Cirno Fumo kosztowało by około 8900 zł netto. Jest to analiza wstępna samej figury, do tego należałoby doliczyć koszty transportu, postawienia figurki, dmuchawy itd.

Wierzymy, że inicjatywa ta może pomóc w naświetleniu kreatywnego i przyjaznego charakteru społeczności Touhou Project oraz przyczyni się do budowy pozytywnej atmosfery w Polskim Sejmie. 

Po zebraniu podpisów zostanie wysłana petycja w interesie publicznym do Sejmu drogą pocztową lub poprzez ePUAP. Także żeby oficjalna petycja miała siłę przebicia potrzebni będą zainteresowani w tej internetowej petycji.

Petition Regarding the Placement of the Inflatable Cirno Fumo Figure from Touhou Project in the Polish Sejm.

We kindly request the consideration of placing the inflatable Cirno Fumo figure from Touhou Project within the premises of the Polish Sejm. We propose that such an initiative takes place on an open day of the Sejm or on Cirno Day, i.e., September 9th.

The inspiration behind this initiative stems from Grzegorz Braun's action where he used a fire extinguisher within the Sejm building. This situation highlighted the presence of the Menorah in the Polish Sejm. We have noticed that cultural elements less known or practiced by Polish society also deserve their place in public space.

Fumo inflatable figures depict characters from the Touhou Project series. They are primarily visible at conventions in Japan, where the Touhou community is particularly active.

We would like to emphasize that this initiative is not a reaction to any past events but rather a desire to draw attention to the lesser-known yet creative and friendly Touhou fandom. We are convinced that placing the inflatable Cirno Fumo figure in the Sejm will not only have a positive impact on the atmosphere but also allow for the promotion of respect for cultural diversity. We assume that, unlike the situation with the Menorah in the Sejm, no one will attempt to destroy the inflatable sculpture as it does not offend any religion and is not a religious symbol itself. It is possible that placing such a large Cirno figure in the Sejm will attract international media attention and the online community, showcasing Poland in a positive light.

In connection with this, we also wish to raise the issue of costs associated with creating the inflatable figure. According to one company specializing in inflatable sculptures, creating a 3-meter Cirno Fumo figure would cost approximately 8900 PLN net. This is a preliminary analysis of the figure itself, and additional costs would include transportation, installation, and the inflatable blower.

We believe that this initiative can help shed light on the creative and friendly nature of the Touhou Project community and contribute to building a positive atmosphere in the Polish Sejm.

After collecting signatures, the petition will be sent to the Sejm either by mail or through ePUAP (electronic platform for public administration services). Additionally, for the official petition to have a significant impact, interested individuals are needed to support this online petition.
