We understand that Covid-19 has disrupted the standard immigration process affecting the overall situation around the world. Many people who are living in Canada were given an opportunity and were given ITA's to apply for permanent residence under various categories. Where Canadian Experience Class applicants have been getting the preference being inside Canada, Many Federal Skilled Workers who are also living in Canada are missing the opportunities as their applications have not moved since 24 months despite of being in canada.

We request you to kindly consider those applicants on an urgent basis from the FSW category who are already inside Canada and have crossed 24 months time line of the Permanent residence application.

Our work permits are expiring and everyone is depressed and anxious since there has been no review to their files.

We greatly appreciate the efforts IRCC is doing to process the files and to get hold of the overall situation, and request to give the FSW applicants a fair change to get their applications processed so that they can plan their future and contribute in their best efforts towards developing themselves and Canada as a whole.
