Then your account is at risk of being frozen and completely unrecoverable.

Over the last several months, numerous accounts have been incorrectly frozen for "multiple account abuse". TNT has been identifying bot/nefarious accounts by their IP address, and then freezing all accounts associated with that IP.

What's the problem with this? Well, these nefarious accounts often use VPNs to connect to Neopets. And that is a huge issue, because most VPNs use shared IPs, meaning that multiple users will share the exact same IP address. Mobile networks will also randomly assign IP addresses. Put simply, one day, you may happen to share an IP address with someone creating dozens of shell accounts, and promptly get frozen by TNT.

Do you see a logic issue?

What is worse is TNT refuses to engage with users who appeal this issue. They will not even entertain any evidence of innocence. In their view, the issue is final and your account is unrecoverable.

TNT needs to re-evaluate their freezing strategy NOW before the issue balloons and it becomes impossible to restore accounts for people who have been incorrectly frozen.
