There should be Mandatory DNA testing for all children born in the United States. There are many stories of men going months even years believing a child is their own and it's not. There are stories of men paying child support to a child that is not there's and then have to finish paying it because a woman lied and followed in with that lie. There are stories of men snaping even killing their wives or girlfriends because the shock of the child not being his, has broken their minds and heart. How can we allow this to go on? This DNA testing needs to be part of the birth process and it should go as follows.

#1 Once the mother is in the delivery room the father needs to be present (if he is not )  the mother must accurately establish who she feels the father is on the birth certificate which can be signed later by the father if he appears in possible section line.

#2 If the believed father is at the hospital he needs to be pulled to the side to be aware DNA testing shall be taken to establish his fatherhood. He must be told if he is the father he can sign the birth certificate if he is not the father he must be told he has the choice to stay or be escorted out of hospital

#3 Both the father and mother must be shown the instant results and sign it to prove they acknowledge the parenthood of the father.

These steps shall kill the last 20+ years of lies that have destroyed men, women, and the child that believes the man that is around them is the father. We all need to sign this petition to improve American society and even improve others who look at us being leaders.
