I, Nelson Noël took the decision on January 9th, 2022, to save and pacify Haiti. 

I started this petition to stop more than 30 years of political oppression in my country. I invite you to sign this petition to help me save Haiti.

On February 7th, 1986 the Haitian people rose up against the Duvaliers regime, hoping to build a more democratic and prosperous country.But today, 36 years later, the Haitian population still lives in extreme poverty, misery, insecurity and under bad government leadership, that transforms young people into armed groups that terrorize the population, causing kidnappings, murders, rapes and others forms of atrocities.

Our mission is to save Haiti with the program called 'VISION H54.' We can't do this without your support. 

VISION HAITI HORIZON 2054 Program, includes six (6) major projects:

1-Civil Refoundation

Raise awareness among the Haitian population and youth through a patriotic approach, respecting rights and civility to save the country. Above all, amplify together the Haiti Horizon 2054 program.

2-Social Refoundation

Defend access to rights and social protection for the Haitian population, nutrition, health, education, housing, leisure, culture, worship and solidarity.

3-Economic rebuilding

With a galloping inflation rate exceeding almost 19.7%; Encourage the inventory of our natural, maritime and land resources, soil specificity by department and types of products, in order to revive the agricultural economy, livestock, industrialization, eco-tourism, innovation and new technologies. Promote a new economy of inclusion at all levels.

4-Institutional Refoundation

Fight to reform and restore the honor of state institutions, the independence and interdependence of the three powers, legislative, executive, judicial. A new police and a new army worthy of the name to serve and protect the Haitian people.

5-Territorial Refoundation

Fight for the protection of the environment, cadastre and techno-structural plan, develop better infrastructures throughout the country to facilitate communication and territorial security, new forms of more sustainable energies and industrialize the country.

6- Refoundation of International Cooperation

Work with our foreign partners to put Haiti back on the map of developing countries and bring Haiti out of a humanitarian state to a sovereign or autonomous nation by 2054.

This major project is inspired by the United Nations program, specifically after the earthquake, to rebuild Haiti. 

By signing this petition you support us to build the new Haiti with a true democracy and great international cooperation. 

With this petition we call for the current government to step down and make room for honoust elections.
