If you bought a Tesla Model S or X, you did not get the Variable Suspension you paid for.  “Comfort Mode” doesn’t exist.  Follow the link below or search “Comfort Mode Bug” in YouTube to watch the video that proves this.

Your $100,000 luxury sedan doesn’t have to ride like an oxcart.  Tesla can fix this problem with an over-the-air software update… they just have chosen not to because “nobody’s complained”.
