Its been brought to our attention ANYONE CAN SET UP   an animal rescue  in the UK and  we  are shocked to find out (you don't need to be registers anywhere ) or even have any   experience to take people animals  or take there money we feel this is wrong   so we are asking for your supprt to sight this petition to  tell the govement     they  should be registered   when it comes to taking animals in   or accepting money  ANYONE  can say they are a rescue why are we asking for your support we hear you ask we have received seen animals  from the public who  got them from so called rescues stating there a rescue and they were in a mess to say the least  and we are shocked that    anyone   from animal abusers to peopel wanting to  just make money can say there a rescue and charged extortionate adoption fees and have even taken  money for the animals up keep   with  what was clear no clue how to look after them  
why we are asking for your help     due to the numerous rescue up an down the uk (even wild life rescue dog rescue    even  repetile rescues) with no registration its clear people are now using this to promote there income at the expense of the animals as all genuine rescue are registered  with  tax  local authority or even defra  yet there is no legal   duty to do so. ANYONE  can say they are a rescue and take  YOUR animal and YOUR money  and  use then for what ever they like   such as dog fighting   breeding or even food yes  thas right we have seen people taking animals such as  chicken geese ect   and then killing and eating them 
why are we asking now 
we have seen a huge jump in rescue being setup on social media with no insurance or even in  some cases no facilities ( a dog  crate does not make you a dog or bird rescue) for what are basic needs for the animals they are taking in  and then setting up go fund me pages using the animals  to make money we feel this is wrong and need to stop for the animals well being  and there playing on peoples hard  times  in the cost of living crisis  and when you hand you animal over you have no  clue what happens to your pet  after that and  by  making all  rescue register it highlights them and  then people can check if they are  actualy   a rescue  or just an animal breeder-abuser  we hope you feel the same way and ask you to help us stop this before more animals are   abused or killed  we need a minimum of 5000 signatres to take to  the govement  to   get then to act and   do something about this loop hole in the  law
