I am an owner of a Škoda Enyaq. However, my pride has been tarnished by the lack of software support from the manufacturer. Despite owning my vehicle for only ten months, I have experienced slow and delayed responses from the software, strange behavior on some screens, many UX issues, but also lack of battery pre-heating control. These are not just minor inconveniences; they affect my overall driving and charging experience.

What's even more disappointing is that the new, forthcoming model of Škoda Enyaq planned for 2024 comes with a completely redesigned software that doesn't suffer from these problems, and solves also long term winter issues that we have. Yet, we've been told by the manufacturer that we will never see this version in our vehicles.

We are not alone in this struggle; there are over 150,000 owners of Škoda Enyaq 60, 80 and 80x, Coupé and Coupé RS who share our frustration. We have all paid into the development of forthcoming models like the Enyaq 85 through our purchases but feel neglected when it comes to receiving promised enhancements.

This is not just about better user experience; it's about fairness and accountability on part of VW Group towards its customers who have invested their trust and money into their products.

We demand VW Group to start taking our vehicles into consideration by delivering on their promise - provide us with all software enhancements that come with new models like Enyaq 85 which we helped fund through our purchases.
