As a seller on Etsy, I create custom items for customers that are MTO (Made to Order).  These custom items usually require multiple options for the customer to choose from to get what they need.  Things like:

• Size
• Base Color
• Text Color
• Shape
• Font
• etc

Different options often come with different pricing.  The thing is, Etsy only allows us to provide the customer with 2 options.  Only 2.  You can see how this can create a problem for the customer.

Reasons to have more than 2 variations:

1. Customers may not have to type anything into personalization. It's much easier to click or tap than it is to type
2. Customers will see their options more organized if options are segregated into their own dropdowns
3. Sellers can more accurately reflect pricing for their listings
4. It's easier for Customers to understand the breakdown of pricing as they select their individual options
5. Gives Customers more control over their purchases
6. Clearly relays what the Customer wants to the Seller.  Helps to eliminate communication barriers.  With that, it also helps deliver the product to the customer sooner.

From my understanding, Sellers have been asking for this from Etsy for years.  It's time for Etsy to deliver.  Help us be heard!
