かつて世界を席巻したアイス・バケット・チャレンジを参考にして「ストップ・プーチン・チャレンジ」を開始します。

ウクライナ侵攻および非人道的な戦争犯罪を続けるロシア大統領ウラジーミル・プーチン氏に対して、世界中の「個人」が連帯して反対の意思を示す事が目的です。

国家や政府の力で止まらないのであれば「個人の力」でプーチンを止めましょう。

「私はウラジーミル・プーチンに決闘を申し込む。懸けるのはウクライナだ！…彼が恐れるなら私は左手だけで相手をしてもいい。私は左利きじゃないけどな」とツイートしたイーロン･マスク氏をはじめ、多くの著名人がプーチン氏に対して個人の立場からNOを突き付けるメッセージを送っています。

SNSの登場により「個人の力」が連帯すれば世界を変える事は可能です。手法はアイスバケットチャレンジを参考にして、個人の連帯を世界中に広めます。

一人でも多くの命を救う為に、下記ルールを参照して、Stop Putin! challenge（ストップ・プーチン・チャレンジ）をそれぞれ始めましょう。

★ルール　

～概要～

最初に「誰々から指名されてチャレンジを受ける」旨を宣言し、続けて「ストップ・プーチン！」という一言メッセージを宣言し、最後に次の人物を指名して終わる。宣言者は、この一連の宣言を動画撮影し任意のSNSにUPする

～順序～

1. まず「ストップ・プーチン！・チャレンジ」を受けることを宣言し、続けて「ストップ・プーチン！」という一言メッセージを宣言する。そして次にこのチャレンジを受けてもらいたい人物を2人から3人程度指名する ※「ストップ・プーチン！」を宣言する時は強制では無いがポーズをつけて宣言する事を推奨。一例として手話で「STOP」を表すポーズは、片手を開いて上に向けて構え、その手に対して直角にもう一方の手をトンと乗せるポーズ

2. この様子を撮影した動画をフェイスブック、ツイッター、YouTubeなどのソーシャルメディアで公開してチャレンジ完了

3. 指名された人物はチャレンジを受ける場合「ストップ・プーチン！」の宣言、または10ドル（1000円）をウクライナ支援の関連機関に寄付する、あるいはその両方を行うかのいずれかを24時間以内に選択する ※ただし「ストップ・プーチン！」の宣言や寄付をすることは強制ではなく、無理なく、本人の意志に任されるものとする

We will start the "Stop Putin! challenge" with reference to the "Ice Bucket Challenge" that took the world by storm in the past.

The purpose is for "individuals" around the world to show their solidarity and opposition to Russian President Vladimir Putin, who continues his invasion of Ukraine and his inhumane war crimes.

If the power of the state or government does not stop Putin, let's stop him with the power of individuals.

Many celebrities have sent messages saying NO to Putin from individual position, as Elon Musk tweeted, "I challenge Vladimir Putin to a duel. Ukraine's at stake! ... If he is afraid, I can deal with him only with my left hand. I'm not left-handed."

With the advent of SNS, "the power of individuals" can change the world if we work together.

Using the Ice Bucket Challenge as a reference, we will spread individual solidarity around the world. To save as many lives as possible, supporters of this campaign can start the "Stop Putin! challenge" by referring to the rules below.
