The Issue
I am deeply concerned about the state of democracy in our country. Throughout his presidency, Donald Trump has demonstrated actions that, in my perception, have severely undermined the foundations of our democracy. His administration's actions have led to concerns about the potential loss of resources and human rights for the people of the United States of America.
President Donald Trump has issued executive orders that undermine the checks and balances and foundation of our democracy.
1) President Donald Trump‘s review of Executive Order 12866 “Ensuring Accountability for all Agencies” gives President Donald Trump totalitarian level power over our government.
2) President Donald Trump’s Executive Order 14159 “Protecting American People Against Invasion” violates human rights allocated by the UN for due process and increases the likeliness of trauma to vulnerable populations like children by allowing for immigration enforcement in places like schools and churches.
3) President Donald Trump’s executive order 14168 “Defending Women From Gender Ideology Extremism And Restoring Biological Truth To The Federal Government” is a violation of human rights to express opinions freely and also a violation of the first amendment to the United States Constitution.
The stress his policies have put on our nation’s resources and human rights is a source of significant alarm. The stark changes in environmental policy under his administration, including the withdrawal from the Paris Agreement, may cause irreparable harm to our natural resources (according to National Geographic). Simultaneously, policies like the zero-tolerance immigration policy have raised grave concerns about human rights (as highlighted by Human Rights Watch).
I firmly believe in the principles of democracy, the protection of our resources, and the universal respect for human rights. For these reasons, it is vital that we request Congress to impeach President Donald Trump. I ask you to join me in voicing these concerns by signing this petition.

I have personally never liked Donald Trump. I remember the days when I was little when I would hear about all the crazy things he did on the news and I would think to myself, “what is this man’s problem?” Now as a teenager, while I may be very young, I have had the privilege to have my own opinions, being raised in a non political environment. I have found myself to mature in ways where I don’t look at biased sources and I will ALWAYS look at both sides of political views. I was very exited when former president Joe Biden won the election. But after January sixth happened I have never been more disappointed in trump. Actually, Sorry, I was disgusted. In what way would that day set a great example of Trump? And the fact that he went a full 4 years without admitting he lost just shows me the incompetence and the true side of who he really is. I will admit though after Kamala lost, I was very sad. But most of all I was scared. Why should I be scared at all though? How has it come to this point in life where I fear a man who I’ve never met? But you know what? He won. He won fair and square. And I could choose to look at him as entirely negative, or I can be open minded and look at the benefits of no more inflation or no conflict in the Middle East as he promised. I chose to be open minded. Little did I realize what he would do and he still hasn’t done anything he’s promised. He took away and violated a constitutional right on the first day of office, and has been firing anyone who opposes him and replacing them with his rich billionaires friends and women who he calls, “beautiful”. Now, Elon musk has been silencing and taking away the freedom of speech on his own platform, going against the first amendment. This man is in government. Trump has also said he wants to use military force to take over the Panama Canal, and Greenland, and Canada. I don’t understand why we can’t just be America and stop trying to be like Russia. But oh! Trump seems to love Vladmir Putin right now! He also loves blaming the entire was that which Russia attacked first on Ukraine. I know a lot of maga people, and know matter what you told me, you could never convince me they would say anything against their deal leader. But I’ve never seen this many Maga supporters say that Trump is going insane. My best friend is losing his rights and now he is bullied and losing his mental health drastically. He’s lost his healthcare because of Trumps executive orders. Oh and also I know of so many people some that were close to me who have died not getting the healthcare and human rights they deserve because of Trump. I will acknowledge that I’m glad he’s trying to do something with the Middle East conflict but taking over Gaza and making its citizens leave their homes?! Inflation is up, violence is up, human rights have been taken away, people jobs have been taken away, he’s deporting so many people who had great potential to have a better life! He’s forcing his religious views on the ENTIRE country and discriminating against my beliefs too. Listen, I don’t care if there is a republican in congress. That’s not the problem. What is the problem, is what the person who is in power is doing. I am glad Joe Biden is out of office. But we need a new better younger, stronger leader to be our president. I’ll admit too I wanted Kamala but only because she was the better of the candidates. We need someone who has views to benefit everyone and not just their own political and religious views. We need someone who can relate to the population. Who is not rich and only benefits and pardons himself and pardons felons and criminals. I want my rights back. I want my friends rights back. We need a different leader and that leader can never be Trump.
When I used to trade on eBay I bought some beautiful postcards and Christmas ornaments from people in Kiev. When Pvtin invaded (further invaded) Ukraine in 2022, I became involved in social media campaigns supporting Ukraine. When, this past week or so, our country sold out Ukraine and joined with our enemies to support the literal EVIL AXIS POWERS, I took to the streets in protest. Our own government has become our enemy. If we don’t take our power back very very soon, we literally, in the words of he who shall not be named, are not gonna have a country anymore.
We are witnessing the old democratic institutions being dismantled without any regard to the established system of checks and balances; the court mandates and the provisions of the US Constituion
