We the people believe that Women’s rights are among the most important components of the USA’s national interests, and our moral responsibility. Based on this fact, as US nonprofit, nonpartisan activists advocate to protect the freedom and safety of 18 million Afghan Women and Girls as part of our National Interests. In this petition, we build our case for injustice, crimes against humanity, and women’s rights for the American people, reviewing as a Jury.

We are disappointed and rejecting President Biden’s decision, ordering the greatest military in the world to withdraw from Afghanistan based on terms dictated by the unelected, Illegitimate Islamist Taliban.

Why is Women's Rights a Component of the US National Interests?

President Biden's actions created chaos in Afghanistan without any protection for women and girls who are the parents of peace, prosperity, and national interests. Seven components of national interests are interrelated and mutually reinforcing. [1]

Women's rights are human rights! [2] We are all entitled to human rights. These include the right to live free from violence and discrimination; to enjoy the highest attainable standard of physical and mental health; to be educated; to own property; to vote, and to earn an equal wage.[3]

Sexual violence and forced marriage to Taliban fighters are common.” [5]

Recently, Taliban fighters set an Afghan woman on fire for cooking an unsatisfactory meal, as reported by the Telegraph.[6]

According to Najla Ayoubi, a former judge in Afghanistan, this is one example of the recent violence against women.[6]

Ayoubi alleges that women are also being forced to marry Taliban fighters, she told Sky News.[6]

Based on the past 40 years history of the Taliban along with a long list of international crimes against humanity and Islamic Sharia Laws, they cannot ever create a legitimate and stable government respecting human rights.

Islamist Taliban and Islamic War Against Women? Amnesty International put it bluntly that women were brutally oppressed simply for "the 'crime' of being born a girl." Under Taliban rule, women were banned from going to school, working, leaving the house without a male chaperone and, in essence, stripped of human self-determination simply because of their gender.

This is the best test case scenario to find out who we are. Are the U.S. elected officials truly supporting Women Rights or Human Rights and rejecting Genocide?
