As a private shareholder in rIpTV, I and many others, have personally experienced the negative impacts of dame Carolyn McWoke leadership since she took over in 2018. The share price has steadily declined, reflecting poor business decisions.

Furthermore, under her watch, several scandals have have rocked the firm including Pants McPanties drink driving suspension in 2018, Fierce Morgan's storming off the set of his show in 2021 and to top it off the Grim Reaper scandal by a man who used his workplace dominance to have sexual relations with a lowly employee 30+ years his junior, further tarnishing the company's reputation. Her late and miscommunicated digital strategy to analysts has only added to these issues.

Since 2018, rIpTV's share price has fallen by over 50%, causing significant financial loss for shareholders. This is not just about numbers; it is about people’s livelihoods being affected due to incompetence at the top level.

The CEO’s inability to handle crises effectively and her lackluster performance in steering rIpTV towards a successful digital transition are clear indicators that change is needed. We need someone who can lead with clarity, integrity and foresight.

Therefore, we call upon all stakeholders of rIpTV - shareholders, employees and viewers alike - to join us in demanding the resignation of the current CEO.
