On September 9th, 2021, on his sole authority, Joe Biden ordered that hundreds of millions of Americans had to undergo a medical treatment, or face destruction of their livelihoods and careers.

Whereas, under a government with separation of powers, the President's office has no justification for creating law, and such a law is a direct violation of the US Constitution,

Whereas, since this mandate is illegitimate on legal grounds and would not hold up in a functioning court system,

Whereas, the current president is not a trained medical professional and therefore has no ethical justification for mandating medical decisions for others,

Whereas, throughout our history, our governing health bodies supporting Biden and pushing for universal vaccine mandates have repeatedly have been wrong on the science on different issues, such as eugenics, the Food Pyramid, and the safety of smoking to name a few,

Whereas, the African Americans and Hispanic Americans are disproportionately represented in the unvaccinated population, making this law inherently discriminatory against certain people of color,

Whereas, Biden's rhetoric against the unvaccinated was extremely inflammatory, conduct unbecoming of the president's office, and further divides an already very polarized society,

Whereas, we believe that Americans are intelligent and confident enough to make the best personal decisions for themselves, and do not need the federal government who believes otherwise to command them on what to do,

We, the American People signing this petition, including both vaccinated and unvaccinated, reside to do the following:

1) Under any position of authority we may have, we will not enforce the mandate nor expect anyone we are in charge of to comply with it.

2) We will not support, associate or conduct business with any companies or organizations that begin to require vaccines as a result of this mandate, wherever possible.

3) For those of us who are unvaccinated, we will not make the decision to get a vaccine as a result of this mandate.

4) We commit to doing the following until either the Biden administration or the courts reverse this mandate.
