99% of all Black people are direct decendents of slaves. "Descendants of slavery have experienced the most brutal, dehumanizing forms of suffering than any other human beings. The vestiges of Slavery are still inflicted upon us by over incarceration? murder, drug infested communities, substandard housing, education, health care, etc! We must have reparations Now as genocide has decreased us to less than 12% of the population."Janice Williams.

African-Americans continue to suffer from the economic effects of Slavery .The truth is Blacks have a right to blame American Slavery and the United States for their lot in life today.

Reparations will repair some of the economic Embargo African American Blacks face such as huge disparity in wealth . It's just time to pay for all the free labor and financial injust enrichment. Moreover, It's a issue in 2024 election for President. Here is a sample letter you can use to send a message to Congress:

RE: SUPPORT FOR REPARATIONS PETITION TO ENACT LEGISLATION FOR PAYMENT FOR BLACKS
Dear Senator / Representative ________________________:
This petition has been crafted to support HB 40, a bill that would set up a commission to
examine the institution of slavery and its impact and enforce recommendations for reparations
to the Congress. This will support command re-introduction of legislation before the 113th U.S.
Congress to acknowledge slavery and racial discrimination, study their H.R. 40, numbered
in recognition of the unfulfilled promise to freed slaves of "40 acres and a mule," at the start of
Congress going forward. As we may be aware, no amount of material resources or monetary compensation can ever be
sufficient restitution for the spiritual, mental, cultural, and physical damage inflicted on African
Americans ripped from their families and nations to labor for the enrichment of the United
States. After the "abolition" of slavery, those emancipated suffered violent repression,
oppression, exploitation, and deprivation under Jim Crow laws and Black codes in the South, as
well as de facto segregation in every region of this nation. Therefore; this petition is designed to strongly support legislation that would establish a federal
Mandate by commission for payment of reparation for the African Americans (black
descendants) of African slaves. This legislation is long overdue, and should be placed at the
forefront for this year. Our mission is that this; The 118th United States Congress is willing to
enact and/or sign a bill that enacts newly requested Reparations legislation, and do all that we
can to ensure its enactment.
This legislation is an important first step in acknowledging the inherent cruelty, brutality and
inhumanity of slavery as practiced in the past. Nonetheless, in an effort that the United States,
is willing to help millions of African Americans begin to heal the subsequent emotional wounds
that have been festering for centuries. "Descendants of slavery have experienced the most
brutal, dehumanizing forms of suffering than any other human beings. The vestiges of Slavery
are still inflicted upon us by massive incarceration, murder, drug infested communities,
substandard housing, education, health care, etc.
We must have reparations NOW as genocide has not ceased. Most importantly, it's just time for
confronting the ugly legacy of slavery, the new law, bill or federal Mandate would examine,
then redress the injury and harmed caused by direct and proximate results and impact slavery
has had on the racial and economic inequalities still suffered today. That commission would
also be charged withholding the dispersal of cash payment, and reinvesting in African American

Reparations was mentioned by the late great Nipsey Hussle in his rap song Dedication:
"How long should I stay dedicated?
How long 'til opportunity meet preparation?
I need some real nigga reparations
'Fore I run up in your bank just for recreation

Dedication, hard work plus patience
The sum of all my sacrifice, I'm done waitin'
I'm done waitin', told you that I wasn't playin'
Now you hear what I been sayin', dedication
It's dedication..."Nipsey Hussle:

I started this petition because...
My name is Kenneth S. Taylor born in what was the only so call black Hospital in Cleveland Ohio in 1959 , the name of the hospital was Forest City on east 106th street off St Clair Ave 44108 located in the Glenville Area my home Iived in is pictured above located on 10553 Glenville Ave. It was recently demolished. The area gave us Superman, Steve Harvey, and the Movie Superfly , and Antwone Fisher story . I experience racial discrimination early in life . I was in the 3rd grade in East Cleveland Ohio at a elementary School called Prospect when I was the only black in my class. But while in the bathroom one day using a long porcelain urinal a white kid kept staring at me, and then he finally said with a perplexed look on his face " how come you so chocolate?". Then it was the Glenville riots and the army trucks as a result of race riots the area was full of crime and drugs. My brother was murder in car accident me mother was disabled and my father left home when I was in the 9th grade when I lost all interest in school , things were tough barely had lunch money we had cockroaches in our refrigerator, in our cereal and in our shoes. Roaches came out my shoes in class , I was so embarrassed and skip school failed the 9th grade and drop out of Glenville highschool in 10th grade. I have been victimized by police which includes white police spitting on me, hitting me in my head with flash light. Putting a cold steel gun against my head . And one day in back of a police car I heard the officer say " I'm killing me a nigger today. All this to say I have concluded this is some of the effects of economic conditions as a result of slavery.
