I've created this petition in hopes of gaining support in regards to the denial of my son's murderers parole hearing in October 2021.

• November 21, 2011 my entire world came crashing down when my 5 month old son was declared brain dead. The monster responsible for my son's death, his own father sat there grieving wth me, lying to us all saying he woke up to Antonio not breathing. After Antonio's autopsy it became clear that my son's death was not an accident but that of intentional harm caused to him, listing his cause of death  "blunt force trauma to the head/acute brain injury." After 2 extremely long years of Anthony Angel claiming innocent the time came when we were finally going to trial Anthony put in a plea to 2nd degree murder and child abuse resulting in death.
• Finally admitting what he did to my poor little boy, he was looking at 16-25 years in prison. I stood in front of the judge, Anthony and his family and plead for justice for my son, an innocent defenseless child that had his whole life ahead of him.The judge told Anthony how he failed my son as a father, a person my son was supposed to be able to look up to as a protector and gave him the maximum 25 years in prison. Fast forward to August 2021, Anthony Angel is sitting in a HALFWAY house looking at possible parole this year.
• All I can do is fight for the denial of his parole thru any means necessary, it's a total injustice to allow a child murderer out after not even half of his sentence being served! I'm hoping to present the judge with as many signatures of people who support the denial of parole for Anthony Michael Angel and any other murderer or child predator. These people obviously have anger issues, lack of self control, violent history ect. They are a threat to our society, allowing people who have no regard for other human lives to live freely in society is atrocious to the future of our present and next generations to come.
• Thank you for taking the time to read my petition and listen to my story. All to often people feel helpless in situations like mine...I'm only one person. But I was and always will be Antonio's mother and I'll forever fight for the justice of my son's life, death and memory.
