Why this petition matters

Started by Cory Crockett

Mississippi has come a VERY long way since 12/10/1817. That being said, she still has some work to do regarding localized Constitutional-freedom.
More specifically, this petition calls for the nullification of local loitering laws (which target random individuals whose motives are undetermined). Also, quite frankly, unless one possesses such clairvoyance, I’m extremely-confident that she/he cannot discern the intent of an individual until such intent is carried out (I mean: After all, thought isn’t illegal, yet anyway). Therefore, as previously stated, I’m calling for you, Governor Reeves, to nullify loitering laws in the state of Mississippi. They are, simply, nothing but a senseless & arbitrary exhibition of political-power.

Therefore, it would behove you to do so (given that a statewide election will be upon Us next year).
