We all stand together in solidarity with Dr. Adel Samara

بسم الله الرحمن الرحيم 

هذا بيان للناس إنتصارا لرافضي التطبيع

تتعرض العديد من الشخصيات العامة والمجتمعية في العالم للظلم والاضطهاد السياسي، ومن بين هذه الشخصيات الدكتور عادل سمارة الذي يتعرض لمحاكمة كيدية سياسية منذ سبع سنوات في محاكم السلطة الفلسطينية.

وبالرغم من أن القضاء قد برأ الدكتور عادل سمارة مرتين  لعدم وجود أي دليل يدينه، إلا أن النيابة العامة قامت بالاستئناف دون حق، مما يشير إلى أن هذه المحاكمة هي عبارة عن محاولة لإسكات الرأي العام والمعارضة السياسية.

نحن، الموقعون أدناه نعرب عن تضامننا التام مع الدكتور عادل سمارة وندين هذه المحاكمة  "الكيدية السياسية"  التي يتعرض لها، كما ندعوا جميع المنظمات الحقوقية والدولية إلى التدخل لإنهاء هذه المحاكمة الظالمة والتي تمثل انتهاكًا لحقوق الإنسان

ونحن ندعو الجميع لمشاهدة التقرير الهام الذي أعده الدكتور ربحي حلوم حول هذه القضية والذي يوضح المزيد من التفاصيل حول هذه المحاكمة الكيدية

وفي الختام، نجدد تضامننا مع الدكتور عادل سمارة ونأمل أن يتم إنهاء المحاكمة بسرعة وإنصافه وإعادة حقوقه المسلوبة، ونأكد أن الدكتور عادل سمارة هو قامة ورمز وطني عروبي ومن المهين لنا جميعا أن يُؤخذ بالدعوى ضده رغم توضيح الدكتور ربحي حلوم في الرابط أعلاه

توقفوا عن هذا النوع من المحاكمات الظالمة التي تخالف المعايير الدولية للعدالة وحقوق الإنسان وتحديدا في الأرض المحتلة

In The Name of Allah, The Most Beneficent, The Most Merciful

This is a statement to the people as a victory for those who reject normalization.

Many public and societal figures in the world are subjected to injustice and political persecution, and among these figures is Dr. Adel Samara, who has been subjected to a malicious political trial for seven years in the courts of the Palestinian Authority.

Although the judiciary acquitted Dr. Adel Samara twice because there was no evidence to convict him, the Public Prosecution appealed without right, which indicates that this trial is an attempt to silence public opinion and political opposition.

We, the undersigned, express our full solidarity with Dr. Adel Samara and condemn this "malicious political" trial that he is being subjected to. We also call on all human rights and international organizations to intervene to end this unjust trial, which constitutes a violation of human rights.

We invite everyone to view the important report prepared by Dr. Rebhi Halloum on this case, which clarifies more details about this malicious trial and who is behind it.

In conclusion, we renew our solidarity with Dr. Adel Samara, and we hope that the trial will be concluded quickly, and fairly, and his usurped rights restored. We affirm that Dr. Adel Samara is a stature and a national Arab symbol, and it is insulting to all of us that the case against him is considered despite Dr. Rebhi Halloum’s clarification in the above link.

Stop these kinds of unfair trials that violate international standards of justice and human rights, particularly in the occupied territories.
