Two fold reasons for this Claim of Action.

 

 

The highest deficit increases in Canadian history only occurred when a Trudeau was in power. The Governments of Canada (Federal, Provincial and Municipal) can borrow from the Bank of Canada at low or zero interest. The Bank of Canada is a non-profit corporation owned by every Canadian. If any profits are realized that money MUST be given back to the owners being the people of Canada by way of tax rebates or by the paying down of debt.

Borrowing from any corporation that is not Fully Canadian owned causes our tax dollars to be sent to owners of private corporations that are not Canadian. Because the private chartered banks in Canada are listed on several worldwide stock exchanges our tax dollars are being sent to owners who are not Canadian. This is a cause of inflation at home and because he has sworn an oath of allegiance to Canadians he is in fact committing treason against Canadians by causing our deficit to be absolutely unmanageable within the lifetime of even our grandchildren. It is treasonous to cause unsurmountable debt to taxpaying Canadians. (see definition of treason below)

CANADA Section 46 of the Criminal Code

High treason
(1) Every one commits high treason who, in Canada,

(a) kills or attempts to kill His Majesty, or does him any bodily harm tending to death or destruction, maims or wounds him, or imprisons or restrains him;(b) levies war against Canada or does any act preparatory thereto; or

(c) assists an enemy at war with Canada, or any armed forces against whom Canadian Forces are engaged in hostilities, whether or not a state of war exists between Canada and the country whose forces they are.

Treason
(2) Every one commits treason who, in Canada,

(a) uses force or violence for the purpose of overthrowing the government of Canada or a province;
(b) without lawful authority, communicates or makes available to an agent of a state other than Canada, military or scientific information or any sketch, plan, model, article, note or document of a military or scientific character that he knows or ought to know may be used by that state for a purpose prejudicial to the safety or defense of Canada;
(c) conspires with any person to commit high treason or to do anything mentioned in paragraph (a);
(d) forms an intention to do anything that is high treason or that is mentioned in paragraph (a) and manifests that intention by an overt act; or
(e) conspires with any person to do anything mentioned in paragraph (b) or forms an intention to do anything mentioned in paragraph (b) and manifests that intention by an overt act.

That term applies to attempted murder, murder as well as causing death and injury to Canadians via the mandating of a known bioweapon whose only purpose is to be a weapon of war and cause death and injury.The penalty for high treason is life imprisonment. The penalty for treason is imprisonment up to a maximum of life, or up to 14 years for conduct under subsection (2)(b) or (e) in peacetime.

Contact your local Police, RCMP, Mayors, Councilors and Provincial MLAs to demand that all persons who are mandating, demanding or encouraging an injection with a confirmed bioweapon be charged with Murder, Attempted Murder Conspiracy to commit murder, Conspiracy to commit injury and causing injury to the people of Canada. That list includes doctors, pharmacists, politicians, school boards, employers and any other person who encourages or mandates the injection of any bioweapon.
