We have officially been published to SEC website! Thank you so much for your support, the battle has now begun! Rather than signing this petition please take the time to comment on the petition with the SEC. You can find it here:
Petitions for Rulemaking Submitted to the SEC
To comment on this please send your comments to: rule-comments@sec.gov.
For your comment to count your Subject line MUST contain the File Number: 4-785
The subject I used is "Petition 4-785 Rulemaking petition to invoke SEC Rule 304 (a)(4)"
Your comment does not need to be complicated. Use your voice, be respectful and professional. It can be as simple as "I support this petition".
The more comments the petition receives the more likely some action will be taken. Rule 304a4 gives the SEC quite a bit of discretionary authority so if we apply enough pressure, they have the power to take action. We won't know until we try, so please don't let anyone talk you out of using your voice and supporting this petition.
Signing this petition on this website got the ball rolling but to really make a difference we must take the battle to the SEC directly.
Thank you again for your support!
