When we first started talking about launching a petition I felt that if we got 30 or 40 signatures it would be really great. We'll we've passed that mark in such a short time I believe we'll hit 100 signatures in the next 3 or 4 weeks.
Some have asked why we are making this effort. It's because we all have a strong, fundamental belief in fairness, equality of opportunity and a level playing field. The mayor of SL has systematically abused these beliefs while occupying a position responsible for keeping the local govt free of such abuse.
Our petition is the first step in restoring transparent, fair govt in our village. Thank you all so much for signing and passing this on to your friends and neighbors.
