Our upcountry community has had only one public intermediate school option for the past 37 years. There has been no growth in providing tuition-free quality choices for our residents. Maui Academy of Arts and Sciences is aiming to provide a culturally relevant, hands-on learning free public charter school opportunity for our youth. Sign here to tell the Hawai’i State Public Charter School Commission that we deserve Maui Academy of Arts and Sciences as an additional educational option for our middle school-aged children.
