Justice for Mackenzie Anderson! 

This beautiful girl pictured has gone through no woman or man should ever go through.. Domestic Violence. Max was a beautiful girl who was so lively and a free spirit, Living life with her son Eli who she loved dearly. 

Max had tried everything she could to escape this monster.. She changed her name, relocated suburbs, AVO and called police about her partner DAYS before he killed her advising he is acting weird and still harassing her. She also called police when the incident was occurring, The police sadly did not make it in time.. 

She hugged her baby boy one last time covered in blood.. She is not the only person who has lost their life this year to domestic violence. The law needs to change, Harsher penalties for DV!

DV Is no joke and the system failed you and your little boy Max. The system needs a massive overhaul with domestic violence, to protect those who are absolutely scared out for their lives! 

Eli will now grow up without his mother who loved him endlessly, He was her rock. 

Tyrone Thomson was only given a 9 month sentence after he had badly assaulted her. 4 months before being eligible for parole.. On March 9th he was released on parole and immediately contacted Mackenzie. On March 25th she was stabbed to death in her home after she contacted police advising he was breaking into her home. Little Elijah was found inside hiding in a cupboard covered in blood. 

The law needs to change for Domestic Violence. The law needs to change to protect those hiding from their abusers. The law needs to change Period! 

Harsher sentences, Harsher penalties, Harsher consequences. 

More support for those suffering Domestic Violence, More guidance, More help. 

The government need to invest in more Domestic Violence Support Networks. 

The system Failed Mackenzie & many others.. How many more deaths will it take to change the law? 

Once I get enough signatures, I am presenting this to the Prime Minister and the Attorney General of Australia.
