Recently, Arby's removed the much loved "potato cakes" item from their menu, to be replaced with crinkle cut french fries. Now, don't get me wrong, there's nothing wrong with crinkle cut french fries, they're just basic and common. You can get them at the grocery store and tons of restaurants, both fast food and sit down. Arby's potato cakes were unique, even places that had similar foods like McDonald's hash browns were completely different. There's no reason why Arby's can't also have crinkle cut french fries, but they definitely should not have removed potato cakes from the menu.

I know that I, for one, will not be returning to any Arby's locations until they bring back potato cakes, and I can guarantee that I am not alone in this statement. I encourage any potato cake lovers, friends and family of potato cake lovers, and just those passionate about not removing staple menu items, to join me in signing this petition.
