Why this petition matters

Today, millions of innocent civilians, including children, are suffering in Gaza. The Israeli government has decided to cut off all resources - electricity, water and food supplies - from the entire region. This decision is not just a violation of human rights; it is a crime against humanity that goes against everything the West stands for. No government should support such an act; instead, it must be universally condemned.

Gaza's population of 2.3 million people now faces an unprecedented humanitarian crisis due to this blockade (source: United Nations Office for the Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs). Access to basic necessities like food and clean water has become a daily struggle for many families.

Medical facilities are also severely affected by these restrictions. Without electricity or access to necessary supplies, they can't provide adequate care for their patients (source: World Health Organization). This situation could lead to catastrophic health consequences if immediate action isn't taken.

This petition calls on international governments and organizations worldwide to pressure Israel into lifting its blockade on Gaza so that essential supplies like food, water, medical aid and electricity can reach those who desperately need them.

The dignity of any government lies in its respect for human rights and life preservation above all else. Let us stand together against this crime against humanity and demand change now! Please sign this petition today!

Urgent Update on Petition: Ceasefire and Humanitarian Aid for Gaza:

The situation has taken a tragic turn, and there is an urgent need for a ceasefire and humanitarian intervention.

Al-Ahli Baptist Hospital Bombing: Roughly two weeks ago, the Al-Ahli Baptist Hospital in Gaza was targeted, resulting in a devastating loss of innocent lives. The attack claimed the lives of an estimated 600 to 800 civilians, underscoring the urgency of the situation.

Tragedy in Jabalia, Gaza: Today, on the 31st of October, we are deeply saddened to report another horrifying incident. A massive explosion occurred in a refugee camp in Jabalia, Gaza, with more than 400 people losing their lives in this devastating blast.

In both disasters most victims have been women and children, besides the Israeli government using internationally prohibited weapons: White phosphorus that results in  severely painful, partial (second degree) to full thickness (third degree) burns, which have a characteristic yellow color and garlic-like odor.

The total number of civilians killed within the last three weeks is 8525 out of a total of only 2.3 million people. This percentage exceeds the loss of live of Americans within the first and second world war put together- underlining the intent of Israel and the USA of a genocide in Gaza.

The need for a ceasefire is paramount. The Israeli government must cease all military actions that have led to war crimes, such as the siege on Gaza and the targeting of civilians, hospitals, schools, bakeries, mosques, and churches. These actions are in direct violation of international law and must cease immediately.

Additionally, the Rafah Border Crossing between Gaza and Egypt must be opened without delay. According to international law, Israel does not control this border, and we should not wait for Israeli approval to open it. Immediate access is necessary to provide much-needed humanitarian assistance to the people of Gaza.

The ongoing crisis amounts to a dire humanitarian situation, and we must act swiftly to prevent further loss of life. Genocide must be stopped, and we call upon world leaders to take decisive action to halt this crisis.

Please support our cause by signing and sharing the petition, and urge leaders to prioritize an immediate ceasefire and humanitarian intervention
