プーチンの侵略戦争・原発攻撃・原爆威嚇は

一切世界歴史の一切生類に対する犯罪である‼

 

「侵略戦争・原発攻撃・原爆威嚇使用は許さない」

という一点で全力を尽くし実現するのが現時点での

最重要戦術であり、平和・平等・自由・自治を短期

戦略として長期運動につなごう。戦術が成功しなけ

れば戦略が悪化し敗北する。プーチンの蛮行を許し

助長する行動は世界を更に劣悪にし軍事化し、核廃

絶は不可能になり世界終末時計百秒前は更に短まる。

 

世界中の人々が覚醒・活動して「国家主義と戦争の

世紀」を続けるか、それを過去の遺物にするかは今

の核・戦争・狂気の危機を継続するか廃止するかの

大転換の好機である。それを逃せば国家がある限り

核・戦争・狂気による世界破滅の危機は消えない。

情報化・民主化・地球化の歴史の大潮流において、

国家を超えた地球の人類・生類の大局観からこれら

の枠組み転換を図る今は千載一遇の転機である。

 

この危機を見て世界は軍事化と終末化の危機にあっ

て日本も核共有せよとの声があるが、それは近視的

小見であり、敗戦の大反省から得た平和憲法を今こ

そ生かして世界の模範となり先導すべきである。核・

戦争・狂気（我執による世界無視）の根本を無くす

には戦争・戦力を放棄した日本国憲法は非核原則に

より核も廃止しており、独裁もないのでほぼ表面的

には達成した筈である。

 

現実にはしかし日本は核の傘の下にあり、壊憲による

狂気も起こる可能性はあり、原発は攻撃されれば原爆

となり日本・世界破滅の可能性がある。原発の使用済

み核燃料は何十万年も安全に保する必要があるが、火

山列島の日本で安全神話も崩れた今、安全運転・放射

能管理は不可能である。その事故・戦禍を起こさない

為にも唯一原爆被災国であるからも核（原爆・原発）

の廃止に向かうより他に安全を保障する道はない。日

本は世界の大多数国家が定めた核兵器禁止条約に参加

し世界を先導する世界平和実現の栄誉ある道を進むべ

きである。

Putin’s war of aggression, his attack on nuclear power plants, and his threats of using nuclear weapons are crimes against humanity and all living beings throughout the world and its history!!

 

At this point in time, the most important goal is “No War of  Aggression / No Nuclear Plant Attack / No Nuclear Bomb Threat.”  Let us create peace, equality, freedom, and autonomy as a short-term strategy, and connect these them to a long-term movement toward the world without war, nuke, 

and madness. If we fail in this strategy, our goal fails. Actions that enable and support Putin’s brutal actions make the world worse, contributing to militarization, thwarting efforts to abolish nuclear weapons, and advancing the present Doomsday Clock to 100 seconds before Midnight (Nuclear Holocaust) further – maybe nil!

 

We are at a watershed moment.  The world’s people can continue “the Century of Nationalism and War” or wake up and act to make it a relic of the past.  We have the great opportunity to make a shift from Nuke/War/Madness to abolishing it.  If this opportunity is lost, we face on-going crises and the never-ending possibility of world annihilation by Nuke/War/Madness.  In the great historical tide of the information revolution, democratization, and globalization, we have the opportunity of a lifetime to make a paradigm shift and adopt a larger perspective: global humanity and all beings living in holy (wholly wholesome) harmony, health, and happiness beyond the boundaries of nation states.

 

Seeing the twin crises of world militarization and world annihilation, the possibility of Japan co-sharing nuclear weapons has been raised, but that is a short-sighted, small view. We must revitalize the peace constitution – gained from deep reflection in wartime defeat – at this very moment, creating an exemplary model in the world and thereby leading the world. Abolishing the root of Nuclear War Madness, Japan can achieve, with its Peace Constitution that renounces war and warring forces, the abolishment of nuclear weapons under the principles of no-nukes and no dictatorships.

 

In reality, however, Japan is under the nuclear umbrella, and it thereby faces the possibility of running into madness and participating in the destruction of herself and the world.  Nuclear power plants become nuclear bombs when under attack, and we have witnessed the collapse of the mythology of nuclear power plants at Fukushima. The safe operation of nuclear power plants, the management of their radiation, and safely storing spent nuclear fuel for hundreds of thousands of years is simply impossible in the volcanic islands of Japan. As the sole victim of nuclear bombs, Japan must prevent future accidents and war calamities through the abolition of nukes (bombs and power plants).  There is no other way.  Japan should participate in the nuclear weapons abolition treaty that has been entered into by the majority of the world’s nations, and it should continue to advance along the honorable path of leading the world in realizing world peace.
