If you are an American, and especially if you are an Alaskan, this matters to you! Representative David Eastman was re-elected by a majority vote of his constituents this past November, AFTER the Alaska Division of Elections ruled him eligible to run regardless of Oathkeepers membership. His disenfranchising detractors still unsatisfied, he was sued to prevent him for being seated in a trial that began after his majority vote winning re-election. What happened next? David won this time, TOO, and now in a trial the judge decided that David was eligible to serve.

Now, these people who don't live in the district which reelected him are at it AGAIN! These outside organizers are actively working to undermine the trust in our electoral system when an election, a ruling by the Alaska Division of Elections, AND a ruling by trial are not enough to stop them from trying to silence the voice of the people!

Any reasonable group of people would surely have stopped by now, but these are, in the best-case scenario, not a reasonable group of people. Indeed, the so-called Alaska Public Interest Research Group acts in anything BUT the interests of the public interest of Alaskans! Disenfranchisement of the majority of voters is directly correlated with a dramatic rise in corruption, per the mathematically rigorous game theoretic study of politics known as Selectorate Theory, not to mention the violation of everything this country stands for! Are they on the take from interested parties? Are they receiving foreign funding during this time of rising geopolitical tensions and great power conflict as a part of a broad and long-lasting campaign to undermine social trust in our electoral process, our state government via the Alaska Division of Elections, and our judiciary through the trial which just concluded favorably!?

It is time that we the people say ENOUGH IS ENOUGH! Since it is amply obvious that AKPIRG is NOT acting in the public interest after all that has already been settled on this issue, and instead seek to advance an agenda contrary to freedom of speech, freedom of association, and in favor of disenfranchisement (and therefore corruption), we DEMAND that this suspicious behavior and all associated finances be investigated for more probable alternative motivations than "the Alaskan public interest," and furthermore, whether or not that attempt is successful, that Alaska State Representatives and State Senators alike condemn this anti-democratic circus from going on any longer!
