NEBRA LTD have continuously lied and continue to lie, leaving customers without their products months after paying. They refuse peoples refund requests and ignore communications. They have proven themselves both incompetent and dishonest. 
Their owner and managing director berates and insults customers and laughs when threatened with legal action.

Many of the customer who have received units, report them to be broken or faulty and Nebra customer service and repair service practically non existant.

Now after making customers wait for 8 months NEBRA have applied to begin selling a new hotspot, after taking over a million pounds in orders and only delivering around fifteen thousand, this is wrong.

HELIUM, DEWI and the MOC who oversee manufacturing and licensing must hold Nebra accountable and ensure that Nebra cannot do this again. 

I am using this petition to make sure Nebra is not allowed to begin selling a new hotspot until we have all been refunded or received our orders.
