Today, we unite to call on Badger and Co to rename their chicken schnitzel to the Schmitty Schnitty in honour of Brian Schmidt's brilliant eight years as Vice Chancellor of the ANU. 

When I was a first-year student at the ANU, I knew two things. 
One - Badger was the place to go for a cheap and good feed on campus, and
Two - Brian Schmidt is our university mascot and must be protected at all costs. 

The news of Brian Schmidt's stepping down from the role of ANU Vice Chancellor is deeply sad and will create changes in the culture of the ANU that will be felt by all. Even though he will be staying on at the university as a Professor of Astronomy, his position as our supreme leader will be no longer. 

Thus, it is imperative that Badger and Co rename their Chicken Schnitzel to honour a great man and his leadership. To keep the memory of his perfect TikTok dances alive. To add to the cultural fibre of our university. And finally, to make ordering a good feed just a bit more of a tongue twister.
