From the early February 2023, there is an on-going genocide in Northern Somalia Regions of Sool, Sanag and Cayn Regions (SSC) in Northern Somalia. This genocide is being carried out by the secessionist clan enclave calling itself Somaliland Republic-an unrecognised entity within the collapsed Somali state which is currently so fragile it can only offer feeble statements against the atrocious crimes being committed by Somaliland clan Militias (SNM). Ever since the collapse of the Somali government in early 1991,  Isaaq, one of the clans in the country have attempted to secede from the Somali Republic and to seek global recognition but to avail. Out of this frustrations, the Isaaq dominated Somaliland clan enclave's government has oppressed, marginalised and subjugated other Somali clans that lived in SSC regions that have also inhabited in the former  British Somaliland Protectorate. 

The world needs to realise there is no government called Somaliland Republic but a clan enclave - The Isaaq clan that have been supported by the Western governments and especially the United Kingdom. The UK trained, and armed this Isaaq clan militia-the SNM which has since early February 2023 been shelling defenceless civilian in the city of Laas Anod.

We request all goodwill people to sign this petition to urge

1) UK government to stop arming SNM clan militia

2) To put sanctions (Economic and travel )on their Warlord Musa Bixi, and his close associates.and his top government 

3) Musa Bixi, and his government's top leadership in the  executive, legislature and the military be indicted before the ICC in The Hague for war crimes and crimes against humanity.
