I heard something tremendously hopeful today. Historian Yuval Noah Harris was being interviewed on CBC radio.  He said that, according to his research, "by investing 2% of GLOBAL GDP into climate solutions, we may be able to avert the catastrophic impact of climate change".  2%!!!! 2 drops in the bucket!!  wow! FELLOW HUMANS THIS IS DOABLE!!

I was beginning to believe that we were hooped. That we'd crossed the point of no return. But Yuval has reignited my faith, my hope, and my drive. 

If you are a life loving human, an environmentally savvy human,  a nature enthusiast, an optimist, a believer in generations to come, a breather of air, a swimmer of water, a parent, a grandparent, a future parent, a human who  wishes to live consciously & respectfully ... I strongly encourage you (if you are not already) to become A VERY VOCAL activist,  eco warrior, and environmentalist NOW.  NOW is the time to LOUDLY TAKE ACTION  in the name of CLIMATE ACTION, and to put pressure on our leaders. TO INSIST that decisive & comprehensive action is taken NOW.

2% is ultimately very little to pay. if we don't, it will cost us everything.
