When we set out on a path in the name of Allah, we often worry about doing it correctly and at the right moment. This originates from our desire to serve Allah in the most aesthetically pleasing manner. The life that Allah has given us is actually a road, and on this path, we have a guide, the Quran.

Let us not forget to cite Surah al-Fatiha. In this Surah, we pray for guidance to the' straight path,' a route that leads to success in this world and salvation in the Hereafter. But where do we hope to get from this straight path? Of course, for the sake of Allah. We all strive to serve as well as we can in order to obtain His mercy. 

No one has received more than their capacity. However, we also understand that the importance of memorizing the Quran is beyond explanation, and those who have Taqwa are the most respectable to Allah. So, how can we achieve it? What does it mean not to be given more than our capacity, as stated in the following verses? Only you can respond. Your efforts to obey Allah's commands and increase your taqwa will determine this.

We should follow the Quran and Sunnah as guides. Our Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) explains in his hadiths how we can become closer to Allah. One of these hadiths discusses hifdh, which we shall focus on in this post.

To be among those guaranteed admission to Paradise, we wish to learn the Quran thoroughly and hifdh it so that we might follow the proper road to the Hereafter.
