Police Officer Tony Hanson Should Be Fired with POST Credentials Revoked.

Tony Hanson with Jackson Georgia Police Department should be fired. This officer has arrested a mom only wanting to find out why this cop questioned her child. After the two could not agree she attempted to walk away. Tony approached her and demanded identification with no crimes being committed. He was then called an "asshole" by the citizen. Tony arrested the person for cussing in public.

This appears to be retaliation for calling this officer a name. 

Tony was charged with Battery domestic violence in 2021. A Magistrate Judge Timothy Lam dismissed said charge approximately 5 weeks later. Judges' response is that he wanted to remain a police officer.

This is not the officer I would like to respond if I ever need help. His POST credentials need to be revoked and him fired from Jackson Police Department. 

Whilst many courts have upheld the use of verbal speech to police as long as it doesn't include any "fighting words". Whereas just by calling a police officer an asshole is protected by the 1st Amendment. 

We to include the city of Jackson Georgia does not need this type of behavior of a police officer.
