If you feel that 10 days are not enough to be notified and that 10 days Action Notice must be given to you before they tow your car – not after,  make a difference if care and vote/sign this Petition so that our voices are heard.

Parking Violations Hearings are not real Court Hearings but Administrative Tribunals run by their judges who are more interested and paid to collect fines and $ from you, than to hear your defense.

Often, they don’t allow you to speak, unless you answer their, multiple choice questions like in a school.

They may even hide your defense or pretend you never submitted it, as their goal is to force you to answer their, controlled Oral Arguments so that you cant appeal your, written defense.

Demand removal of those administrative judges who don't allow you to present  your defense falsely instructing you that you have no rights and who interrupt you during your replies, not allowing you to defend yourself but forcing multiple choice questions on you,

The US Constitution guarantees your rights – not biased, multiple chose questions by parties of interest: controlled by the dept of finance and parking violations by so called "neutral and impartial adjudicators." 

Dept of Finance so called “hearings” don’t allow you to submit written evidence and file, like in real court but force you to talk only so that aljs  don’t have to deal with your proof and find you guilty quickly without doing any work.

They write the same "respondent not credible, not persuasive" because they don't even assign index number to papers you submit for your defense.

Then, try to prove that you had any.

After default judgment, they can sell your car in an auction in 10 days, which is not enough time to appeal their “hearings”.

Time to stop their abuse!

The Constitution was written to protect from them and not for them to steal your car behind your back.
